GENERAL

  • Join and start by telling us about your little one to create your style profile. You then get to choose from our 3 frequency options. It’s commitment free so you can pause or cancel any time. Each box comes with 7 mix & match items custom-styled for your child. You have 7 days to try them on in the comfort of your own home at no charge. The average price is only $12.50 per item if you keep the entire box. An itemized receipt is included with your shipment, so you may choose to keep individual items! You’ll only be charged for what you keep. Returns are simple and free!

  • We design and produce our clothing with your little ones in mind. We combine your style profile + our unique designs and strive to deliver custom-styled, mix-and-match, casual and easy-to-wear pieces that make dressing easy for both child and parent. We introduce new prints every 4 weeks, which means your child’s wardrobe will always be fresh and new!

  • No. We’re here to simplify your life by shopping for you. For monthly and seasonal deliveries, we "grow big" with your child and size up automatically based on your style profile. You can make changes, pause or cancel anytime. Don’t worry, if there is anything in the box you don’t want to keep, returns are free. (Really!)

  • We offer clothing for children sizes 0-3 months to 4 years. 

  • Our sizing is pretty standard but if you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up! Here's our size guide

  • We work with suppliers and factories in Asia and the United States. All our products are responsibly sourced and free of dangerous chemicals.

  • We’re here to simplify your life and do the work for you. That said, if you absolutely cannot live without an item you see while cruisin’ around the city, send us an email, and we’ll do our best to send it to you.

  • Absolutely not. You only pay for the items you keep. No hidden fees.

  • Our boxes ship on the 1st of every month and will be with you within 1-6 business days, depending on your country. Please keep holidays in mind when considering shipping speeds, as they do not count as business days.

  • We offer 3 frequency options. When you join, you can choose to receive one of the following:

    -    Just one box
    -    One box per season (4 per year)
    -    One box every month (12 per year)

    There is no commitment and you can change, pause or cancel your deliveries any time.

  • Of course! And fingers crossed you do! We offer 20% off the total box price if you decide to keep everything.

  • It’s super simple - we grow big with you! Beginning with your second box, we will notify you before your box is prepared so you can update sizes and style preferences (if needed). You can make updates to size and style preferences in your account profile any time here.

  • Absolutely! You can add as many children as you'd like to the same account. Once you complete your style profile, you will have the option to add another child. Alternatively, you can log into your account profile by clicking here to add a child. Each child will receive his/her own customized box based on his/her unique style profile.

  • Yes, you can pause or cancel your monthly subscription and restart it anytime. Simply log into your account here and go to “My Account” to make any updates in the billing section. You can leave your subscription in pause mode for as long as you want.

  • Yes, to do so, log in and select "My Account" from the top navigation to access your style profile. Select “cancel” on the subscription you wish you change your delivery frequency. Once it has been cancelled select "add a child" to create a new style profile for your child and select your desired delivery frequency of choice at the end of the quiz.

SHIPPING

  • Shipping is free on all Little Starters Subscription orders.

  • At the moment we are only shipping our Little Starters Subscription boxes within the continental United States, Hong Kong, Singapore and China. Shipping and Returns are free on all our subscription plans to these countries!

  • We ship via FedEx to the USA and Singapore, and SF Express for Hong Kong and China. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Hong Kong and from our warehouse based in China for orders shipping to China.

  • We’ll send you an email with a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

  • All our subscription boxes ship on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. This means that all relevant import taxes and duties are covered by us.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • If you wish to make a return, all items must be returned in their original state – unworn and free of damage and stains, with original packaging and tags within 7 days of receipt. An itemized receipt is included with your shipment, so you can choose to keep individual items! You’ll only be charged for what you keep. Returns are free!

    If you wish to return a gift, please refer to the Gifts section in FAQ. 

  • It’s simple! Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order, and include it with the items you wish to return. We’ve included a pre-paid returns label for you to stick onto the enclosed returns bag with your delivery to make your return extra easy! Contact the postal carrier listed on your returns label (contact information below).

    Please note that if your return envelope is not postmarked within 7 days after your box is received, we trust that you love everything and will automatically charge your credit card for the complete box with your 20% discount applied. If you’re worried about meeting the deadline, just send us an email at support@littlestarters.com and we'll step in and help you out!

GIFTS

  • It’s easy! We do the work and customize and send the gift of your choice. We offer 3 options:

    -    One box
    -    One box every month for 3 consecutive months
    -    One box every month for 6 consecutive months 

    For multi-month gifts, the following boxes ship 30 days from the day the 1st box ships.

    Each box comes with 7 mix-and-match items and an optional greeting card with your very own personalized message. Click here to start customizing your gift.

    Payment for gifts are charged in full upon selecting your desired gifting option. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards.

  • Yes.   • Your privacy is important to us and we care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like all our customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection, and may be opened by customs authorities.

    We provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and to comply with local laws.

PAYMENT

  • We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards.

  • You can select your preferred currency at the top right corner of our home page. Currently we are offering pricing in USD, HKD and RMB.

  • Simply enter your code at checkout!

  • Since our order processing begins immediately, please try contact us at support@littlestarters.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request!

  • All orders to the USA, HK and China ship on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. This means that all relevant import taxes and duties are covered by us.

    Orders to other countries may be subject to import duties and taxes if crossing a border, and are levied by customs agencies once the package reaches your country. In the case of customs duty, additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the receiver. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information on duties or any import restrictions. If tax is applied, you will be contacted by your country's customs office for payment of duty prior to collection or delivery of your order. If you choose not to pay the customs fees and refuse the order, the package will be shipped back to us. Once we receive the order returned by customs, we will proceed with a refund for you less our 10% restocking fee per our return policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that orders returned by customs do take time in transit for return. We do not have control over the speed of the return delivery back to us.

     

SHIPPING

  • Free shipping is automatically applied to orders with 5 or more items.  It is applied upon entering your shipping details at checkout. For orders that do not meet the requirements for free shipping, shipping options for your country are displayed at checkout and added to your order and on your receipt.

  • We ship our basics worldwide and can deliver to any residential or commercial address. We cannot ship to a PO box.

  • We ship via FedEx, DHL or SF Express depending on where you live. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Hong Kong and from our warehouse based in China for orders shipping to China. Delivery times are shown at checkout upon selecting your desired shipping method.

  • If you have selected the Express shipping method, FedEx will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. We dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Please keep holidays in mind when considering shipping speeds, as they do not count as business days.

    If you have selected DHL E-Commerce or SF Express as your preferred shipping method, we will notify you once your order has been processed and shipped. Although we dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days, you will not automatically receive a tracking number if you use these shipping carriers. Please keep holidays in mind when considering shipping speeds, as they do not count as business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • If you wish to make a return, all items must be returned in their original state – unworn and free of damage and stains, with original packaging and tags within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.

    For return packages, all shipping costs, including any duty incurred during this process, will be the customer’s responsibility. If all conditions are met, a full refund for the item cost (not including postage) will be issued in the original form of payment.

  • Little Starters basics are not eligible for exchanges. Simply return the item(s) that did not meet your satisfaction and place a new order for the item(s) you would like to exchange. If you are looking for an item that is no longer available, please contact us at support@littlestarters.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!

  • Once the returned product is received by our warehouse team, please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to be applied to your card. We’ll send you an email once the returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
